Brunswick Forest
Leland, North Carolina

Coastal Carolina Golf Club
Living.
Description
Secluded on North Carolina’s Cape Fear
Coast, Brunswick Forest is a thoughtfully planned 4,500-acre
community only minutes from historic Wilmington, yet a world away.
Ancient woodlands, slow-moving creeks and broad meadows provide
the dramatic backdrop for a community with a wealth of
amenities. Topping the list is Cape Fear National® Country Club.
Scheduled to open 18 of its 27 holes in
fall of 2009, Cape Fear National® will offer a carefully routed
layout winding through gently undulating terrain with abundant
water features. Renowned golf course architect Tim Cate designed
each hole to dazzle the eye and pose a variety of challenges.
The community will also feature two
water-themed facilities—the River Club and Ocean Club—a
Garden Center,
Fitness & Wellness Center, parks, preserves,
miles of leisure trails and a pedestrian-friendly commercial
village.
A vast 100-mile network of paths and trails provide pleasurable
access to the facilities from all of Brunswick Forest’s
neighborhoods.

The Cape Fear National® Country Club.
Cape Fear National® Country Club
Destined to be one of the area’s most notable golf courses,
Cape Fear National® will offer 27 holes of world-class golf in a
setting of spectacular beauty. Magnificent forests of mature
oaks, cypress, maples, pines and magnolias create the kind of
old-world feel experienced only on the most seasoned courses.
The first phase clubhouse will be
equally impressive with a golf shop, a 19th
hole bar and grill and other amenities. KemperSports, a nationally renowned
recreational facility management company, will operate the
private golf club.
Working Out and Kicking Back
The Fitness & Wellness Center opened in May 2008,
featuring indoor and outdoor pools, six lighted hard-surface tennis
courts and extensive exercise facilities.

Brunswick Forest's Wellness Center.
The center offers 18,000-square-feet of
space featuring the latest weight training and cardiovascular
machines, along with a spacious aerobics room equipped with
shock-absorbing wood floors, his and her locker rooms and a
large gathering room.

Residents also will enjoy lounging by the
competition-size outdoor pool featuring a wade-in entrance and
sun deck.
The Garden Center will open this fall and will
include gardens, a storage building for garden
equipment and supplies and a glass-enclosed meeting room where
community garden groups can gather. A covered picnic pavilion is
also planned.

The wellness center on a calm evening.
Enjoy Life at Water’s Edge
The River Club on picturesque Town Creek will offer
residents the opportunity to fish, paddle and picnic in one of
the region’s most tranquil settings. Canoes, kayaks and fishing
tackle will be available in the River Club’s multi-level Nature
Center.

The facility also will feature a screened
pavilion for cookouts, an outdoor stone fireplace, an
observation platform and a boardwalk and pedestrian bridge
leading to a floating dock.
And for those who want easy access to the beach, the private
Ocean Club is just a short drive away.
